We provide repair, sales, service, and calibration
for monitoring equipment including recorders, power monitors,
flow meters, pH meters and wastewater samplers.
We specialize in Rustrak, Teledyne-Isco, GF Signet, and
Hach-American Sigma repairs, and will give a free estimate on
other brands. (Sorry, we don't repair photographic equipment --
try www.sigmaphoto.com or www.iscousa.com ).*
In-Shop repair service is available by sending your instrument or
recorder to us at the address below. No RMA or advance notice
is required. An evaluation charge plus return shipping will
apply if recommended repairs are not performed.
Loaner and rental equipment is available for most models.
Need it tomorrow? 'Same Day' expedited shipment is
available on in-stock instruments, parts and supplies (as late as
5pm PT). Need it today? Call to see if pickup or
delivery arrangements can be made.
Expedited repair service is automatic -- if it arrives by
air, it will receive our immediate attention and be returned by
air.
On-site service is available from our base in Southern

We calibrate closed-pipe and open channel flow
meters from all manufacturers either on-site or in our
shop. If a flow meter is not working, we can often
repair it in our shop. Calibrations are performed
with meters calibrated to NIST or AWWA traceable
standards and can be certified by a Professional
Engineer on request for an additional fee.
We calibrate and repair pH meters from various
manufacturers, either on-site or in our shop.
We have an extensive stock of Rustrak parts and
meters, and a large stock of various chart papers,
ribbons and pens that are used with the instrumentation
we service.
